Seeking a motivated individual looking to join a fast-growing cyber security company on the cutting edge of technology.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, successful candidates must become proficient in using endpoint management platform, be able to effectively communicate with customers, be a team player and be able to utilize the technology in support of our customer's needs to ensure mission objectives are met.

• 6+ years experience with Enterprise scale systems
• Possess a technology background with customer service experience
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage own schedule and tasks with little to no direction
• Ability to present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner

Ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, management, and peers WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Provide answers to customer questions regarding the end point management system.
• Working with customers to ensure the endpoint management system is being used to its fullest
• Identifying use cases that the customer could benefit from and working with the team to develop and deliver the solution
• Work as part of a global team to ensure the health of the platform is maintained
• Troubleshooting on user systems
• Work projects such as big data, machine learning, automation
• Become familiar with the Army's Endpoint Security Solution

Develop skills in a multitude of areas with the ability to specialize (Elastic, Kibana, Shell Scripting, automation, machine learning) REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must already possess a DoD TS Clearance
• Ability to become DoD 8570 IAT Level II Qualified within 30 days
• Ability to work on Customer Site (Ft. Liberty/Fayettesville, NC.)
• Good verbal and digital communication skills
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Attention to detail PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience troubleshooting Windows/Linux Workstations/Servers Systems and Applications
• Experience with OS Shell Scripting (Windows PowerShell, Linux Bash, OSX Bash)
• Understanding of NoSQL Databases (ElasticSearch)
• Understanding of Messaging Fabrics (Kafka, Mosquito)
• Understanding of Web Services (Apache, Tomcat, IIS)
• Understanding of Cyber Security Services (Anti-Virus, Firewall, STIGs, Patches)
• Understanding of High-Level Programming (JavaScript + Python)
