About the role
Four Seasons at The Surf Club

Serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food, wine, beer, spirits, mixed drinks and non-alcoholic drinks as well as information regarding preparation methods.

What you will do

Assist with bar inventory.

Cut fruit and prepare beverage garnishments.
Stock Bar, taking care of preparation of syrups and batching cocktails.

Stock Bar with par levels of every item necessary for service as, china, glass, silver, and paper goods for service; fill requisitions of beer, liquor, soda, fruits, and ice for bartenders.

Prepare and serve a selection of wines, beers, spirits, mixed drinks and non-alcoholic drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.

What you bring

Minimum two years bartending or related work.

Ability to pour, mix, and blend a wide variety, of wines, spirits, and missed drinks.

Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions.

Schedule & Hours:

• Full time (Mornings, days, evenings, weekend and holidays.)

Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S. Internal Four Seasons Management Employees outside of the US may qualify for an L1 Visa.
