Michelin-recognized, elevated fast casual hotspot Chulita is looking for EXPERIENCED Bartenders to work shifts at both our new WEST ADAMS location at 5160 WEST ADAMS BLVD and for our VENICE BEACH location at 533 ROSE AVENUE. Join our amazing and talented FOH team in bringing the best of tacos y tequila to all of Los Angeles.

We are looking for serious candidates with personality who are outgoing & engaging, can keep up with our rapid pace, can handle high volume service, and love what they do. We are a craft cocktail bar and are looking for bartenders who can produce excellent cocktails adhering to very specific specs/recipes while also entertaining/servicing guests at the bar.

General open availability is a MUST (mandatory availability for all weekend shifts and major holidays). At least 2+ years bartending/service experience required, fine dining and/or craft cocktail experience preferred. Experience and knowledge about tequila/mezcals is a BIG plus. All candidates must complete a two-week training program and education course ahead of shifts on the floor/behind the bar.
