    Description

    Job Title: Member ServicesAssociate

    Job Description:

    The Member Services Associate isresponsible for promoting and selling memberships for the pickleball club whileproviding exceptional customer service to current and potential members. The idealcandidate will be enthusiastic, outgoing, and have a passion for the sport ofpickleball.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Membership Sales

    •Respond to inquiries from prospective membersand provide information about club activities, events, and programs

    •Conduct tours of the facility and explainmembership options and benefits

    •Process membership applications, payments, andrenewals

    •Collaborate with marketing team to develop anddistribute promotional materials and social media content

    •Attend community events to promote the club andrecruit new members

    •Collaborate with club management to plan andpromote special events, tournaments, and social activities

    Front Desk

    •Handle member concerns, complaints, andsuggestions, and escalate issues as needed

    •Greet and farewell members and guests with afriendly and welcoming demeanor

    •Manage the front desk: check members in, answerphone calls, and respond to emails

    •Schedule court reservations and manage courtavailability

    •Assist with equipment rentals and retail sales

    •Keep the front desk and social areas clean andorganized

    •Provide information on club events, programs,and tournaments

    •Assist with coordinating and scheduling privatelessons and clinics

    •Resolve customer complaints and issues in atimely and professional manner

    •Work closely with the club management team toensure the smooth operation of the club

    •Other duties as assigned

    Ambassador

    •Make sure all members have a curated experience

    •Make sure the courts, social area, memberlounge, food & beverage area, locker room are clean and organized

    •Assist and help manage open play, leagues andevents

    •Assist and help with ball machine rental use

    •Greet and farewell members and guests with afriendly and welcoming demeaner.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required, some college coursework preferred
    • 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience, preferably in a sports or fitness environment
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management software
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
    • Passion for pickleball and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
    Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
    • Must be able to move quickly around the facility to assist members and guests
    This is a full-time or part-time position, withopportunities for growth and advancement within the organization. ThePickleball Club Member Service Associate will report to the Club GeneralManager and work closely with other staff members to provide an exceptionalcustomer experience for members and guests.
