    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Financial/Budget Management Analyst to join our team

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Provide financial research to support the validation of monthly, quarterly and annual budget execution reports
    Provide Mid-Level Financial and Accounting Support, financial analysis, cost analysis, estimates and forecasts future financial need and supports programs with financial analytics


    • Responsible for administering assigned portions of US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) budget for one or more funds, i.e., Operations and Maintenance, Army (OMA); Research Development Test and Evaluation; Other Procurement, Army (OPA)
    • Execute, track, and monitor all funds issued to assigned program/project, to include annual and multi-year funding (direct and reimbursable) program allotments and allowances
    • Identify and analyze spending trends, obligations, expenditures and reimbursements
    • Advise and assist program managers in relating their program objectives to funds available
    Assist in developing budget processes, procedures, and guidance for executing financial management plans


    • Provide independent review and analysis to prepare status of funds reports of the assigned program/project budget
    Help identify financial or operating risks associated with the execution of the contract or project Basic Qualifications:


    • 8 years of experience in a business or technical position.
    • Knowledge and experience with the following systems, e.g., Resource Management Tool (RMT), Army RM Online (RMOL), General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) and General Fund Enterprise Business System for Sensitive Activities (GFEBS SA), Standard Finance Systems (STANFINS), Mechanization of Contract Administration Services (MOCAS), Operational Data Store, On-line Report View, Electronic Document Access, Military InterdepartmentalPurchasesRequest (MIPR) and other funding document requests
    Familiar with MS Power BI.


    • Must exhibit a high degree of judgment, resourcefulness, originality, and the ability to foresee the impact of changing funding levels
    Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to justify, defend, present and/or advise on budgetary processes, actions, and statuses Preferred Qualifications:


    • Four-year degree in Accounting or Finance

    Citizenship Required

    Security:
    Position is designate special-sensitive, and incumbent must be able to obtain and retain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with access up to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)

    A non-disclosure agreement must be signed Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
    • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
