Description
The Field Coordinator will provide a high level of Administrative, and Project Controls support for a wide variety of utility construction projects.

$ $34.00 per hour

Roles and Responsibilities:
Assists in project site mobilization and demobilization activities involving project team and equipment.
Assists with collecting, tracking, analyzing, and reporting on various items within multiple customer systems as requested.
Assist with estimating and project readiness.
Hold Operations team members accountable to timelines.
Effectively manage a large workload with the ability to prioritize, multi-task, and coordinate several projects at various stages.
Read and interpret multiple types of construction drawings to determine job scope.
Actively communicate with customers, vendors, and supervisors on all aspects of individual jobs.
Create and run reports from web portals or other.
Participate in pre-planning job sites and walk-outs.
Effectively interact and builds relationships with customers. .Maintains updated job scheduling and completion records.
Performs general data entry into project tracking Database.
Follows through with tasks and processes until completion; ensures processes are complete with a high-level of follow through and follow upPerforms other position duties when requested.
Success Factors:
Maintains strong work ethic to ensure the required days work is complete.
Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required; ability to maintain a high level of professionalism when interacting with all customers (internal/external).Ability to understand and follow specific oral and written instructions.
Strong customer service skills, ability to build relationships.Ability to work well independently and as a part of a team.
Excellent analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience and Education:
2 years of administrative experience preferredMinimum of 2 years of field experience with utility construction strongly preferredKnowledge of AutoCAD and blueprint reading preferredFamiliarity with underground utility construction and deignStrong knowledge of utility locating, and utility daylighting preferredAdditional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:Possession of a valid State of Residence Drivers License is required.
