Job Summary: GOLDLEAF is seeking a candidate with Cannabis experience to work full time as a cannabis delivery driver. This role will be based out of our luxury medical cannabis dispensary located in Annapolis. This position entails driving for long periods of time, attention to detail, Cannabis knowledge, superb customer service, and a spotless driving record.

Requirements:

• Must have a spotless driving record.
• Cannabis Industry experience is preferred.
• Ability to drive for up to (12) hours at a time, 52 scheduled hours a week split across four shifts.
• Positive attitude with a desire to provide the highest level of service to patients and guests.
• Willingness to work as part of a close team to achieve and exceed goals.
• Ability to problem solve on the road with no manager onsite.
• Must have great attention to detail.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Open availability for scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Being a courier for our Annapolis dispensary while providing timely and safe deliveries to patients throughout the state of Maryland.
• Must take care while operating the delivery vehicle, the position requires a pristine driving record.
• Will be responsible for loading delivery orders into the vehicle at the start of the day and efficiently delivering each order along the route.
• Ability to play close attention to detail while reviewing manifests, orders, medical information and other paperwork.
• Will be responsible for all the products put into the vehicle at the start of each shift.
• Delivery driver should have an understanding of Cannabis and the products we sell in order to answer patient questions during the delivery process.
• Delivery will involve bringing the products to the patient's front door, checking their patient ID to confirm the recipient is correct, and processing the debit transaction on a terminal.
• Ability to operate our POS software to conduct patient transactions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the delivery team by providing updates and updating delivery software.
• Maintaining compliance throughout the delivery process by adhering to strict state medical cannabis regulations.
• Must provide excellent customer service to our patients throughout the entire delivery process.
