    Your Main Focus Will Be:

    • Coordinating product displays to assist Sales Representatives in meeting volume sales and distribution goals.
    • Packing out orders in retail accounts such as supermarkets, drug stores and other venues.
    • Communicating customer issues and concerns to Sales Representatives, Sales Supervisors and other members of the sales team as needed.
    • Ensuring products on shelves and in coolers are properly rotated to avoid expiration.
    • Regularly rotating through accounts to improve customer satisfaction, ensuring products are arranged to the best advantage.
    • Creating relationships with appropriate store personnel and supplier teams to maintain and improve customer service.
    • Supporting the Sales Representative in executing brand development programs and placement of promotional materials.
    • Executing cooler resets and rearrangement of products as requested.

    Position Requirements:

    • Degree preferred.
    • Must be able to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
    • Capacity to bend and lift heavy objects on a regular basis.
    • Some experience in retail, customer service and merchandising.
    • Some skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and within a team.
