About the Role:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Dental Ceramist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality ceramic dental prosthetics, including crowns, bridges, veneers, and other restorative pieces. You will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet both aesthetic and functional standards, providing our clients with exceptional dental solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, adjust, and finish high-quality ceramic dental restorations, including crowns, bridges, and veneers.
• Match the color and shape of restorations to existing teeth for a natural appearance.
• Work closely with dental technicians and dentists to understand and meet specific case requirements.
• Utilize a variety of techniques such as layering, staining, and glazing to achieve desired aesthetic results.
• Conduct quality control checks on all completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain and manage ceramic materials, tools, and equipment.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in ceramic materials and techniques.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a dental ceramist.
• Proficient in various ceramic techniques, including layering, staining, and glazing.
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy and esthetics.
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail.
