    What You'll Do:
    • Provide compassionate assistance with residents' daily living needs (meals, bathing, dressing, mobility, etc.)
    • Support residents with meaningful engagement and activities.
    • Help create a safe, respectful, and caring environment.
    • Partner with nurses and other team members to follow resident care plans.
    • Assist in the dining room and with light room tidying.
    • Ensure safety, sanitation, and accurate documentation.
