This person will be responsible for overseeing, recording, and processing various accounting operations within the Finance department. This will be a dynamic role that will include a Financial Reporting aspect as well.


What you'll do:
Prepare account reconciliationsPrepare Corporate expense allocations for the various divisionsPrepare monthly operating expense reports for division heads and investigate variancesAssist Corporate Accounting Manager with the monthly financial statementsAssist Corporate Accounting Manager with the monthly and annual Corporate Financial CloseAssist with preparation of credit facility related reportsAssist with preparation of support schedules for annual financial auditsOther general accounting tasksOutline of

Specific Functions:
Perform reconciliations on various balance sheet accounts and research variancesPrepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accountsAnswers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting dataResponsible for review of operating expenses and monthly reportsResponsible for posting monthly accrualsWhat you'll need: Bachelors Degree in AccountingMinimum of 3-4 years of experience in Public Accounting strongly preferredCPA or Masters Degree preferredStrong GAAP and accounting knowledgeExcellent computer skills including using Excel to review and modify datasetsNetSuite experience a plusStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to interact and coordinate activities with multiple people and departments over multiple time zones and locations#J-18808-Ljbffr
