    Under the direction of the Director, Analytics Translation, the Technical Product Manager will be responsible for leading and building best-in-class data solutions, ensuring that our healthcare products and services align with our strategic objectives.

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including healthcare professionals, software engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders, to create and manage a portfolio of healthcare products that meet the needs of our provider and payer operations.

    Ensuring a deep understanding of user needs, technology trends, and regulatory requirements in the healthcare industry. Manage communications to ensure stakeholders are informed of development ROI, investment planning, changes, and execution progress across the program.
    Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, solution architecture, domain SMEs, and healthcare professionals to drive product development, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact solutions


    Product Strategy:
    Develop and communicate a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's mission, considering both provider and payer perspectives in the healthcare ecosystem


    Agile Development:
    Participate in scrum ceremonies to facilitate efficient product development cycles. This includes facilitating solution design and backlog grooming sessions, and participating in daily scrum, sprint planning, and iteration reviews.
    Champion user-centric design principles, collaborating with design teams to ensure the development of intuitive, user-friendly healthcare products.

    Facilitate User Acceptance Testing:

    Work with stakeholders to identify users that will complete User Acceptance Testing (UAT), design a plan with customers, and facilitate the execution of that review and acceptance testing.


    Performance Analysis:
    Monitor product performance using relevant metrics and data analysis, identifying opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

    Bachelor's Degree in relevant field; Minimum of 5 years of product management or equivalent experience within the healthcare industry (provider and/or payer settings) with a demonstrated ability to discover opportunities, and then define and deliver products.

    Minimum of 3+ years of nursing or clinical experience.
    and writing technical documentation to support solution delivery.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Agile methodologies, leading product teams, managing end-to-end product development processes and product lifecycle management.

    Proven track record in product management, preferably in technology/software within the healthcare industry.
    Track record of reliably managing complex processes to on-time completion.
    Excited to analyze data, work cross-functionally, and build internal tools and infrastructure.
    Proficient with Microsoft software suite.
