Job DescriptionIf you're looking for a serious yet fun firm to grow with look no further. We are a residential real estate law firm with a passion for helping buyers, sellers, and real estate investors. Our firm also represents clients in transactional matters, and estate planning. We are looking for our next paralegal as we continue to grow. At our firm you will:
Meet with clients, assist in preparing legal documents, prepare drafts of documents, maintain responsibility for files, calendars, and meetings, etc. Key Responsibilities include:
Gather, organize, summarize, and index documents from various sources
Attendance at and participation in meetings and/or closings
Preparation of documents and correspondence
Special projects and additional duties as assigned
The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time
Because we must meet with clients in person this is not a remote work position – ability to commute to Wheaton, IL is required.
This is a 40-45 hours per week position.

Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Excellent verbal and written communication
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
Active listening, Critical thinking ,Time management
Sound Judgment and decision making
Knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Smokeball.
Job Qualifications
Education: High School Diploma Required, BA Preferred.
Spanish speaking a plus but not required.
Experience:
6 months required.
1-2 years of related experience preferred.
Salary Range:
$48, ,000.00
