    Care Coordinator- Auto No Fault-

    AdvancedRM is a medical case management company with a focus on assisting people with disabilities or injuries return to their maximum level of function following disease or injury. Our team works extensively with attorneys, insurance carriers, doctors, and rehabilitation professionals in order to achieve these goals. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an established service organization.

    Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient care as they will be assisting with the Case Managers while also working on administrative tasks. The case managers are responsible for providing assistance with coordination of care and providing advocacy for our clients. This is a hybrid position where you will be working primarily out of your homes. Once trained, you could also help with visits in the community, if you have the aptitude to grow in this position.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Assist clients with coordinating medically necessary care
    • Assist with opening cases, gathering records, and interacting with providers
    • Assist with completion of reports, letters, invoicing and collections
    • Communicate with insurance companies, attorneys, and various healthcare professionals
    • Complete documentation for insurance carriers and/or attorneys
    • Provide logistical support to obtain medically necessary services
    • May attend meetings as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience with injury and/or illness rehabilitation, medical documentation, medical terminology, auto insurance, and coordination of care
    • Solid computer skills
    • Advanced written and oral communication skills
    • Knowledge of community resources and funding
    • Knowledge of brain injury, spinal cord injury, orthopedic injuries, and complex medical cases is helpful
    • Background in discharge planning, UR, rehabilitation, and community-based care.
    • Medical background and experience is strongly preferred
    • Licensed professionals may use this opportunity to train for a case management position. OT, RN, BSN, MSW background is helpful.

    • Laptop computer no more than 2 years old with Word installed
    • Printer/Scanner
    • Quiet designated working area
    • Reliable Car
    • Cell phone

    Training/Compensation:

    • We will train individuals with strong transferable skills. Please note that training will take 3-12 months; therefore, you should only apply if you are serious about joining our team on a long-term basis. You will be based out of your home.
    • Compensation will be commensurate with experience and learning needs. Opportunity for growth as you learn the position.
