Salary Range:

Salary:
Salary range is $70,000-$100,000, but actual salary will depend on experience, education, and skills


Your Responsibilities:
Coordinate outsourced tax preparation work.
Prepare tax schedules as directed by third party tax accountants.
Maintain Fixed Assets using Sage Software, coordinate capital expenditure process, maintain capital leases using Prevero Software.
Prepare monthly financial schedules and balance sheet reconciliations as directed.
Prepare quarterly and annual fixed asset and tax schedules for parent company.
Oversee state sales tax filings as well as state annual report filings.


Qualifications We Are Looking For:
Accounting Degree required. CPA certification a plus.
5 + years accounting experience.
SAP, Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP formulas, create/manipulate tables.
Must have a flexible schedule to accommodate monthly, quarterly, and annual deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
