The ResponsibilitiesDeliver superior, consistent project management on multi-country projects such as global benefits management
Serve as the day-to-day project manager, ensuring the progress of the team against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables, and quality standards
Serve as the secondary, daily contact to clients located at headquarters as well as overseas offices concerning delivery of services, coordinating with Willis Towers Watson consultants globally
Manage client expectations and raise appropriate issues to senior consultants
Develop a trusted advisor relationship both internally and with client contacts through effective communication and efficient, quality execution of projects
Participate in special projects including but not limited to, benchmarking, leave, perquisites, multinational pooling
Support new business RFPs and ongoing support as part of the broader team
Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills
A professional presence with strong oral and written communication skills
Flexibility and proven ability to identify and resolve issues
Analytical and creative skills
The ability to see the "big picture," leveraging the resources of related practices to address the clients' business challenges
Working knowledge of Microsoft programs:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams
Availability to travel on an as needed basis
BA/BS degree, preferred but not required
Experience living and working overseas, and foreign language skills preferred, but not required

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation.
Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
CompensationThe base salary compensation range being offered for this role is 105, ,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
