- Clinical pharmacist licensed in Maryland
- Experience in P&T committee meetings and processes
- Knowledge of Preferred Drug List (PDL) and Rebate Management
- Work on-site as the Clinical Account Manager (CAM)
- Management of P&T Committee, including organizing and conducting meetings
- Present clinical and cost information at meetings
- Facilitate review of therapeutic classes for PDL
- Develop and manage the PDL
- Attend relevant department meetings/events
- Conduct data analytics and cost modeling
- Review and make clinical decisions on prior-authorization requests
- Collaborate with pharmacy team and vendors
- Perform other assigned tasks
- Full-time clinical pharmacist with PharmD degree
- Licensed by Maryland Board of Pharmacy
- Knowledge in Rebate Management and PDL
