- Inspection and documentation of work by contractors within City right of way
- Ensuring compliance with City specifications and details for construction
- Surveying, staking, as-builts, and other tasks
- Graduation from civil engineering technical program or related two-year college degree, and one-year experience in surveying, drafting, construction inspection or related work; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Possession of a valid North Dakota driver's license.
- The assigned salary range for the position of Engineering Technician I under the 2024 City of Minot Annual Pay Plan is a Grade 53, which is $22.57 per hour- $33.50 per hour or $46,944- $69,689 annually.
- This is a full time, FLSA Non-Exempt position eligible for overtime.
