- Develop and implement strategic channel marketing plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with the sales leadership team and to curate and manage the dealer/installer network experience.
- Drive the development of compelling marketing communications, collateral, presentations, and promotional materials to inform, educate, engage, and support channel partners.
- Conduct in-depth market research, analyzing trends, identifying opportunities, and ensuring a competitive edge in the industry.
- Provide advanced training and support to channel partners, ensuring a deep understanding of our product portfolio, platforms, and programs.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners and vendors including trade publications and creative vendors building plans, negotiating agreements, and optimizing mutual success.
- Analyze and report on the performance of channel marketing programs, communications, promotions, assets, and media presenting insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align channel marketing initiatives with overall company goals and strategies.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum ROI. Experience developing and managing Marketing Development Funds or Co-Op Fund programs and budgets preferred.
- Lead and mentor a team of B2B channel marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to optimize team performance
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5 plus years proven experience in channel marketing and/or B2B marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
