    Key Responsibilities:

    Building Relations with Local Businesses:
    • Identify and cultivate partnerships with local businesses that align with Arts Bonita's mission and goals.
    • Develop sponsorship opportunities, in-kind donations, and collaborations to support Arts Bonita's programs and events.
    • Act as a liaison between Arts Bonita and local businesses, fostering mutually beneficial relationships and ensuring ongoing support.
    Member Engagement:
    • Make welcoming calls to new members to introduce them to Arts Bonita, answer any questions they may have, and ensure they feel welcomed and valued.
    • Write renewal letters to existing members, expressing gratitude for their support and outlining the benefits of renewing their membership.
    • Attend events, engage in conversations, and understand members' interests and preferences to get to know them personally.
    • Make introductions to executive staff members and other key personnel, facilitating connections and fostering a sense of community among members.
    Growing Membership Base:
    • Plan, coordinate, and execute special events and activities aimed at attracting new members and engaging existing ones.
    • Develop creative strategies to promote membership benefits and increase membership retention.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to market events effectively through various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and local publications.
    Assisting with the Development Department:
    • Support the development department in fundraising efforts, including donor outreach, grant research, and proposal writing.
    • Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising campaigns and initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate donor records and assist in donor stewardship activities.
    Volunteer Recruitment and Management:
    • Develop strategies to recruit and retain volunteers to support Arts Bonita's programs, events, and administrative tasks.
    • Coordinate volunteer training sessions and provide ongoing support and supervision to volunteers.
    • Recognize and appreciate volunteers for their contributions and dedication to Arts Bonita's mission.
    • Maintain volunteer records and databases, tracking volunteer hours and activities.
    Other Duties as assigned


    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in arts administration, business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
    • Previous experience in community engagement, event planning, volunteer coordination, or nonprofit management.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Demonstrated ability as a team player, contributing to the positive culture with a can-do attitude.
    • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management is a plus.
    • Passion for the arts and a commitment to advancing cultural enrichment in the community.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $40, $45,000.00 per year
