- Assess company-wide safety practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and documentation in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Partner with foremen, supervisors, and project managers to create effective solutions for workplace hazards.
- Conduct regular inspections across facilities and job sites to ensure compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field (or equivalent combination of education & experience).
- Professional certifications such as OSHA 30 hours training or higher is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with construction site management & industrial process operations strongly desired. Bachelor’s degree should be from an accredited college/university; when hiring both relevant coursework/certifications will be considered if candidate has less than 5 years experience,
