    Description
    NUCKOLLS is in search of a dedicated individual to join our team who embodies passion and purpose. With a rich history spanning over a century, we are industry leaders setting the standard.

    The main focus of this role involves mastering our service process for our 2,000 existing business clients, expanding our client base through referrals and leads, and leading a small team in these endeavors.

    As you excel in your role, you will transition into the position of Agency Director, overseeing operations with proficiency in our systems and procedures.

    The compensation for this position is a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage existing client relationships effectively.
    • Identify new business prospects within a B2B context.
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results closely.
    • Provide training and mentorship to incoming team members on established processes.
    • Consistently report on field activities using a CRM based on Salesforce.
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and cultivating leadership skills.

Licensing Requirements:

  • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory.
  • Clean background check and personal transportation are essential.
  • A 45-day evaluation period is enforced before potential career advancement
