Required Skills and Experience

2-7 years' of Product management experience (Operations or BA background)

Experience with cross-functional engagement, creating a roadmap, owning and eliciting requirements, understanding trade-offs and needs across business teams

Experience with user testing and user feedback since there is no dedicated UX support

Ability to convert features, create user stories, and work with a product through full life cycle

Ability to jump into brand new products with high level comfort with ambiguity (the team will not be able to give you exact steps)

Job Description

Within Sams Club Product, there is a "product for product" organization who streamlines, upgrades, and manages internal tools for all of the Product organization. This includes providing new tools, upscaling existing tools, training programs for junior product managers, and creating early career learning objectives

The team is looking for a product manager to work within the Airtable database to own products built within it.

The specific product they would be most likely work on first is the "rhythm of business module" which brings all calendars together across the whole product org to promote visibility and exposure to all sides of the business.

Second there is a PM software in Airtable which is managing product operations - this is a combo of Project and product software management

Their will be an element of support and ownership of these products being used.
