    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


    Intcomex is seeking for a trade marketing coordinator to understand our clients needs influencing sales and marketing decisions across an increasing customer portfolio.


    Trade Marketing Mission & Outcomes:
    Responsible for the customization of product packaging and product trays for Clients and other accounts that may require it.

    Measurements of boxes, communication with vendor, work internally with marketing/design team for artwork and new SKU creation, must work with warehouse to implement packages.

    In charge of the execution of creating displays for Retailers.

    Must be in communication with customer to meet brand and space guidelines, create project and follow thru with design team, quote and procure displays from China, US, or LATAM, in charge of implementation of displays at point of sale.

    Create, Adjust, or Translate Presentations and Proposals for US and English Caribbean market.
    Weekly analysis of Sales Out Report from top Key accounts and propose actions to improve sales.
    Coordination of digital marketing assets with key accounts in order get our products in e-commerce
    Works closely with our digital agency that is currently handling the marketplace business. Must be able to analyze marketplace reports.
    Responsible for shipments to the Market Place FBA warehouses and tracking of returns, credits, fees, etc.
    Responsible for documentation to create SKUs in US key accounts.
    Must track market prices of our competition to ensure that we are priced correctly.
    Work with Product Managers to constantly update USA Pricelists which are different than LATAM and includes Duties.
    Visit points of sale of customers and review displays and train sales personnel.


    Requirements for the role:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or similar careers.
    • Experience in data analysis and execution in the point of sale.
    • Prior experience within US market.
    • Advanced in English and Spanish.
    • Available to travel to visit clients across the country and other locations.

    Interpersonal skills to ensure successful interactions, working relationships, and the ability to interface with varied levels of management, peers, and partners across varying teams.

    Excellent writing and communication skills.
    Demonstrated ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
