    Key Responsibilities

    · Must have 3-5 years of high level experience in operating equipment and such as electro chemical grinder (ECG)

    · Must have 3-5 years of experience with Fanuc controls to grind, mill and cut product

    · Self-motivated with solid decision making and problem solving skills

    · Discovers problems related to any and all machinery, reports and addresses concerns with manager

    · Increases productivity and recommend process improvement

    · Following all product handling procedures for Standard Operating Procedures and Safety.

    · Ensure finished parts are checked dimensionally for the produced feature and any other features which may be affected (i.e. chucked diameters are not crushed etc.).

    · Knowledgeable in production rates and fixtures and machine cycle times for efficiency.

    Other Requirements

    · 3-5 years of experience in machining principles turning, milling, grinding.

    · High Level of Math Skills - Addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

    · High Level of Experience for scale and measurements - Scales, Micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators and various other gauges

    · Strong Analytical skills –Blueprints, schematics, models and other specifications

    · Demonstrate a positive attitude and respond to requests in a timely and respectful manner

    · Keen attention to detail

    · Commitment and ability to follow safety rules and procedures and utilize safety equipment

    · Dependable, flexible and collaborates well with team members, train and teach new team members

    · Past experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus

    · High school diploma

    · Shift - Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m - 4:00 p.m.
