Duties

• Assist with site preparation, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
• Carry out general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and moving materials around the site
• Support skilled workers by holding tools, measuring, and helping with assembly or installation tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris and securing tools
• Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure worksite for everyone involved
• Operate basic machinery and equipment under supervision, such as forklifts or power tools
• Collaborate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards

Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
• Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required—training will be provided
• Knowledge of safety procedures and willingness to adhere strictly to safety guidelines
• Reliable transportation to get to and from job sites
• Basic understanding of construction tools and equipment is advantageous but not mandatory
