    Description
    Candidate MUST possess a TS/SCI clearance with Intel Polygraph


    Full Stack developer with strong systems, software, cloud, and Agile experience to support a complex program to provide Agile development and operations and maintenance for critical systems.

    The candidate will provide technical expertise and support in the design, development, implementation and testing of customer tools and applications.

    Based in DevOps framework, participate in and/or direct major deliverables of projects through all aspects of the software development lifecycle including scope and work estimation, architecture and design, coding and unit testing.

    Primary Responsibilities


    Ģ Participate in software programming initiatives to support innovation and enhancement, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Java, Python, SpringBoot, Hibernate, and C++.

    Ģ Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods using Junit and Katalon

    Ģ Develop and integrate custom developed software solutions to leverage automated deployment technologies

    Ģ Develop, prototype and deploy solutions within Commercial Cloud Solutions leveraging Infrastructure platform services

    Ģ Coordinate closely with team members, Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure User Story alignment and implementation to customer use cases

    Ģ Analyze (though proof of concept, performance, and end-to-end testing) and effectively coordinate Infrastructure needs driven by developed software to meet customer mission needs

    Ģ Support the Agile software development lifecycle following Program SAFe practices

    Ģ Use industry leading DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Unix bash scripting

    Ģ Document and Perform systems software development, including deployment of build artifacts across different environments leverage GitFlow constructs

    Ģ Communicate key project data to team members and build team cohesion and effectiveness.

    Ģ Leverage Atlassian tool suite like JIRA and Confluence to track activities

    Ģ Apply and identify best practices and standard operating procedures

    Ģ Create innovative solutions to meet the technical needs of customers.

    Basic Qualifications

    Ģ Proficient with common Agile practices, service-orientated environments, and development practices

    Ģ Experience use and experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Java

    Ģ Experience in the software development lifecycle, with experience delivering within DevOps toolsets/practices

    Ģ Direct experience utilizing software testing performance tools, such as Junit

    Ģ Experience with scripting languages, such as Python, Bash

    Ģ Experience with development in Commercial Cloud Platforms (ex, AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)

    Ģ Experience with development leveraging cloud data services (ex: S3, RDS, EFS)

    Ģ Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

    Ģ Well versed with using version control systems

    Ģ Well versed with using issue/problem tracking systems


    Candidate must have Bachelors with 4-8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.

    Candidate must be US Citizen.

    Candidate must have an active TS//SCI with Polygraph.

    Preferred Qualifications.

    Ģ Experience in AWS Data management services (Elastic Map Reduce, Lambda, Kinesis)

    Ģ Experience with SAFe development practices

    MUST be a US Citizen with a U.S. Government clearance - Intel with Polygraph


    NOTE:
    Must have an active TS-SCI with poly. No sponsorships or upgrades are available. Submissions without this requirement will not be considered. H1-B holders will not be considered.
