    Desired Skills and Experience we are looking for:

    Solid Java developer experience

    Strong communication skills (most of the team is remote)

    Ability to work alone but also part of a team

    Ability to troubleshoot without asking a ton of questions

    Stay on top of technical trends

    **Will have to do a Google Doc Screen share to see how technically strong.- -Write a function to do this-.- Define variables, make functions, answer basic questions and set expectations.

    Tool set:

    Java programming knowledge

    Atlassian (JIRA, Bamboo, Fisheye)

    Subversion for Code Control

    Eclipse

    Clear Case (some of this used)

    Spring

    Tomcatsome WAS (Websphere Application Server)

    Front end:

    Apache Struts 2

    JSP

    Javascript (bootstrap, jquery)

    Apps are more server side

    Bamboo

    Maven

    Mockito

    Past QA experience or some testing background is a big plus

    Junit

    PowerMock
