- Utilize technical product knowledge to conduct failure analysis and inventory control
- Independently analyze quality and warranty data to detect and monitor issues
- Establish and maintain Early Warning Systems for new products
- Develop and oversee a field reporting system for dealers and service managers
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to bring about timely resolutions
- Support administration of product updates and maintain effective communication channels
- Bachelors or Associate Degree in Engineering, with technical certifications
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Management, with expertise in vehicle design and manufacturing
- Proficiency in SAP system is advantageous
- Strong mechanical background and electrical knowledge
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

Overview:
You will be responsible for ensuring and improving product and process quality, ensuring consistency in quality standards between distribution centers, and achieving verifiable resolution to problems with suppliers, plants, and supplier design and engineering departments. Responsible for assessing part failures quickly and effectively.
Role:
The Field Quality Engineer position will be responsible for the detection, analysis, reporting, and monitoring of resolutions of Product Quality and Process Quality issues occurring at distribution centers, dealers, and customers. The position will also play an instrumental role in helping the recovery of warranty costs from suppliers.
