    We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

    As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company's facilities.

    You will have a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

    Your leadership skills and keen eye for detail will ensure our machinery and equipment runs smoothly, reducing downtime and maximizing production efficiency.

    Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to perform their duties.

    Plan, schedule, and oversee all maintenance and repair work, including preventative and predictive maintenance programs.
    Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and plan corrective actions.
    Manage maintenance inventory, ensuring adequate stock of critical spare parts and materials.
    Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and practices, conducting regular risk assessments and implementing safety measures.
    Collaborate with production and quality control teams to coordinate equipment usage and maintenance schedules.
    Develop and implement maintenance procedures and standards, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
    Troubleshoot complex equipment issues, using your expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.
    Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
    Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, providing regular updates on maintenance activities and equipment status.
    Minimum of 8 years of experience in a maintenance supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
    Proven expertise in mechanical maintenance, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairing, and electrical systems.
    Strong knowledge of inventory management practices.
    Demonstrated ability to ensure safety compliance and conduct risk assessments.
    Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of motivating and developing a high-performing team.
    Proficient in using maintenance management software and other relevant computer applications.
    Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred.
