Job Summary:
Assists a Physical Therapist with a patient's rehabilitative activities to help reduce pain and improve mobility.
Assists in exercise instruction and demonstration, patient evaluation and testing.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
A limited degree of creativity and latitude is required.
Typically reports to a physical therapist.
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.


Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited PT Assistant program.2 years Physical Therapy Assistant experience.
Ability to communicate positively and effectively with physicians and patients.
New Mexico Physical Therapy Assistant Licensure.
