The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) provides excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and questions regarding customer accounts and services in a timely, accurate, and complete manner.They review and analyze complex residential and commercial property billing addressing customer questions or complaints modifying customer accounts and billing initiating adjustments to customers process name/address changes final bill requests initiate refund request provide Dispute Resolving Board DRB Refund Hearing information educate on Bay Fee Exemption BRF Customer Assistance Program CAP maintain contact follow-up with customers multiple channels phone onsite email etc cultivate effective relationships foster satisfaction grant bill extensions assist collections initiating turn on reset passwords handle technical issues daily water main breaks provide best service advise water sewer tips including leaks dye test meter reading etc staff One-Stop Shop face-to-face interactions account questions bill water sewer related questions
Responsibilities
- Delivers excellent customer service by responding to inquiries
- Reviews complex residential commercial property billing addresses question/complaints modifies accounts/billing initiates/communicates adjustments
- Schedules meters readings processes electronic payments removes penalties/fees calculates new balance maintains contact follow-up multiple channels handles technical issues advises on water/sewer tips staffs One-Stop Shop one-on-one assistance.
