Job Summary
As a permanent full-time employee under general supervision of the Fire Chief performs firefighting duties including emergency medical response rescue fire prevention fire suppression and other life safety duties to protect life property and environment.- Performs work outside potential exposure environmental elements extreme weather poison oak wild animals etc.
- Conducts fire prevention life safety inspections hospital grounds buildings NFPA 101 CCR Title 19 Title 24.
- Responds emergency nonemergency incidents fires medical calls rescues hazardous materials disasters.
