- Administer and maintain network infrastructure, including on-premises servers such as Server Exchange, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls, to support business operations.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted service.
- Implement security measures to protect network systems and data from cybersecurity threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and implement network infrastructure projects.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and best practices for knowledge sharing and reference.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Network Administrator or similar role.
- Advanced experience with on-premises servers, particularly Server Exchange.
- Strong knowledge of networking principles and technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
- Experience with network security technologies, such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection/prevention systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
