    We are seeking a talented HR Project Manager to support a rapidly growing organization based in Denver, CO. This exciting opportunity entails spearheading the creation of a comprehensive job description library.

    You will collaborate closely with HR leadership, subject matter experts, and key stakeholders to gather job information, standardize job titles and descriptions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan, including milestones and timelines for the job description library creation.
    Collaborate with HR leaders, department heads, and stakeholders to gather role requirements and expectations.
    Conduct interviews and meetings with managers and team members to gather input and ensure accuracy of job information.
    Craft clear, concise, and accurate job descriptions reflecting responsibilities and qualifications.
    Establish a centralized repository or database for storing and organizing job descriptions, ensuring accessibility.
    Provide training and support to HR teams and managers on utilizing the job description library effectively.
    Monitor project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions to maintain project momentum.


    Qualifications:
    Proven experience in project management with a focus on HR initiatives
    Familiarity with various roles within the engineering and energy space, demonstrating the ability to accurately categorize and differentiate responsibilities
    Strong understanding of job analysis, job design, and competency modeling concepts
    Strong creative writing skills with a keen eye for detail
    High level of professionalism with excellent communication and collaboration skills
    Ability to lead effective meetings with managers and leadership
    Understanding of compliance, HR, legality, and industry-specific regulations
    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus


    Location:
    Downtown Denver, CO

    Hybrid-Remote

    Schedule:
    Remote on Mondays and Fridays, on-site Tuesdays through Thursdays (dependent on business needs)


    Schedule:
    Full-time days Monday through Thursday, with half-days on Fridays

    Pay:
    $45-$65 per hour
