Responsibilities:
Own the financial close process and deliver accurate and timely financial reporting to facilitate critical decision-makingDrive timely, accurate, and complete submission of all financial data including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly actual financialsReview, analyze, and efficiently update accounting policies and procedures in order to provide complete information in the most efficient and effective mannerSupport FP&A organization for reporting, budgets, and forecasts activitiesEnsure consistent implementation of corporate accounting principles and procedures in full compliance with US GAAPAssist management with the creation of an overall strategic plan for the companySupport the implementation of new financial improvement initiativesManage the accounting teams to drive a culture of high performance, efficient performance, and team developmentInstill excellence in financial operating procedures and compliance with applicable accounting policiesQualifications:Bachelor's in Accounting or FinanceAt least 12 years of accounting experience with a track record of progressive responsibilitySolid knowledge of US GAAP and SEC ReportingAbility to effectively synchronize accounting, budgeting, and forecastingProven effectiveness in managing others and team-building#J-18808-Ljbffr
