    Job DescriptionSalary: 40,000-45,000

    Job Description:

    The Escrow Processor provides support to the Escrow Officer with a variety of office functions including, but not limited to, assisting with client files, faxing, copying, answering phones, and ordering supplies. The position requires the ability to balance the workload and accommodate demands of the job and exceed expectations. Additionally, the candidate should demonstrate prior experience of strong customer service, excellent communication skills and a willingness to proactively solve problems.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    1. Answers incoming phone calls.
    2. New File set up and organization
    3. Provide lender title work
    4. Prepares closing packages for client closings
    5. Adherence to service excellence standards of performance
    6. Maintains office appearance
    7. Assist team whenever needed

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Typing
    • Basic computer skills
    • Microsoft Word

    Minimum Education Requirements:

    High School Diploma

    Minimum Experience Requirements:

    Minimum of one year of office experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Title Insurance License

    Reports To:

    Director of Operations

    Schedule:

    Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
