    Description

    Job Title: Digital Solutions Delivery Manager

    Location: CityScape

    What you'll do: As the Digital Solutions Delivery Manager, you will collaborate closely with various teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support digital solutions for Western Alliance Bank. This role involves managing the build, release, and support of digital systems within the team. Strong strategic thinking, problem analysis, communication, and collaboration skills are essential. You will lead the alignment of the Digital Solutions team, business stakeholders, and technology to ensure continuous delivery of quality functionality for the bank.

    What we are looking for:

    • Maintain core responsibilities and performance measures for the team
    • Manage the release process and ensure alignment of features
    • Develop standards and technical documentation
    • Support solution delivery lifecycle and collaborate with various teams
    • Gain knowledge of business processes and technology eco-system
    • Coordinate with technology teams to resolve issues and dependencies

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
    • 8-10 years' experience in delivering operational or technical capabilities
    • 8-10 years leading and developing expertise in a scaling environment
    • Prior experience in building software development teams
    • Strong strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills
    • Demonstrated history of managing software development teams
    • Strong knowledge of SaaS and COTS application implementation
    • Ability to innovate and think creatively
    • Fundamental knowledge of technical architecture
    • Operate independently and bring solutions to issues raised
