    14 month contract- extendable. REMOTE but must live in SE Michigan. 2- years of experience minimum.

    Looking for candidates with medical terminology, strong typing speed, customer service or call center experience. Will be handling 30-50 incoming calls per day.

    Experience working remotely. If you have completed an Associate degree you will be given priority. If you have worked with a prior authorization system in a medical environment this is a huge plus. If you have worked in a medical office doing front desk intake, this would be ideal.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    · Medical Terminology or medical background such as nursing assistant/tech or doctor office experience

    · Customer Service experience/Critical thinking skills

    · Exceptional phone skills

    · Administrative/PC skills
