- Design what "great" looks like for each project, including end-state design, systems assessment, identification of KPIs, and role & responsibility definition.
- Collaborate with teams and process owners to ensure smooth integration of efficiency strategies into daily operations.
- Utilize data analytics to track the performance of implemented initiatives and quantify their impact on business efficiency.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on the progress and effectiveness of efficiency measures.
- Foster a culture of continuous innovation and efficiency within the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Industrial Engineering, preferably with additional experience as a management consultant.
- At least 7 years of experience in program management.
- 5+ years of experience in process management, with a track record of successfully managing and implementing process improvement projects.
- Experience evaluating business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
- Exceptional ability to inspire through influence, build strategic partnerships, and maintain a strong customer focus to implement solution.
- Proficiency in no-code platforms and extensive experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python).
- Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of operational efficiency.
- Six Sigma experience preferred.
