    Administrative Asst IV

    Administrative Asst IV - The Residential Data Analyst will be hired and directly supervised by the Incident Management Coordinator.


    The Residential Data Analyst's primary responsibilities include:

    Generating or maintaining department data bases and tracking systems, ongoing data entry and upkeep of data systems, and preparing reports.

    In addition, the Data Analyst will provide clerical support, coordinate document requests and provide training as necessary. Flexibility in work schedule may be required.

    Essential Job Functions:

    Attends work on a regular basis and may be required to work a specific shift schedule or, at times, even a rotating schedule, extended shift and/or overtime in accordance with agency leave policy and performs other duties as assigned.


    Assist with generating or maintaining department data bases and tracking tools, assisting prepare reports and department data collection.

    Ensures the satisfactory completion of paperwork in program related areas in order to meet applicable standards and procedures.

    Overseeing and/or providing support for document requests.

    Assists with scheduling training for department staff to facilitate optimal client treatment and training.

    Other duties as assigned include but are not limited to actively participating and/or serving in a supporting role to meet the agency's obligations for disaster response and/or recovery or Continuity of Operations (COOP) activation.

    Such participation may require an alternate shift pattern assignment and/or location.

    Knowledge Skills Abilities:
    Knowledge and skills in scheduling, data trending, or data analysis.
    Ability to train staff in computer skills and basic computations.
    Ability in written and oral communication.
    Ability to assist in development of Schedules, data bases, or data spreadsheets.
    Ability to develop and maintain data collection systems for 24 hour residential care.
    Ability to utilize personal computers and relevant software.
    General knowledge of ICF-IDD regulations and state supported living center policies and procedures is preferred
