- Serve as a positive ambassador for Inventory Sales, assisting customers with inquiries and purchases.
- Proactively address customer needs and concerns, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
- Ensure prompt and courteous response to all customer inquiries, whether in person or over the phone.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise throughout the store.
- Monitor and manage back stock levels to support efficient operations.
- Collaborate with team members to execute merchandise displays and promotions.
- Communicate any issues or suggestions for improvement to management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales preferred, with a focus on hardware or construction materials.
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and climbing.
