    Experience you will need:

    Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Plant Manager to lead our donut manufacturing facility for our client.

    The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in plant management, food production, and quality control.

    As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining the highest quality standards for our delicious donuts.


    Responsibilities:

    Production Management:

    • Oversee and optimize the entire donut manufacturing process, from mixing ingredients to packaging finished products.
    • Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand while maintaining product quality.
    • Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards throughout the production process.

    Quality Control:

    • Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures to guarantee the consistency and excellence of our donut products.
    • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address any issues in the production line.

    Team Leadership:

    • Lead and motivate a team of production staff, including supervisors, machine operators, and quality assurance personnel.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

    Process Optimization:

    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and increase productivity.
    • Work closely with crossfunctional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions.

    Budget Management:

    • Develop and manage the annual budget for the plant, ensuring costeffective production and resource allocation.
    • Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
