    A prominent, reputable law firm in Culver City that specializes in Mesothelioma is seeking an EXPERIECNED litigation paralegal with a minimum of 3 + years of experience to join their team that is temp to hire.

    $40/hour and $80-$90K upon hire (DOE).

    A litigation paralegal plays a crucial role in supporting attorneys and legal teams during the various stages of litigation.

    This position requires a comprehensive understanding of legal processes, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced legal environment.

    The litigation paralegal assists in the preparation, management, and coordination of legal documents and case-related activities.


    Job Description:

    • Litigation Paralegal experience (1 3 years)
    • Draft discovery, pleadings, complaints (various legal documents)
    • Experienced calendaring (deadlines)
    • Experienced preparing for trial
    • E-Filing for state & federal courts
    • Someone reliable that will work on site at their Culver City office
    • Someone with the right personality that wants to grow with the firm long term
    • Someone easy to work with and gets along well with others, strong attention to detail and can multi task
    • Good Verbal and written skills (correspondence)
    • Comfortable working in a fast pace environment
