Description

Responsible for all aspects of plant operations including production, maintenance, shipping and receiving, and quality control. Plant Manager will work directly with employees providing leadership, goal setting and safe work practices. The Plant Manager will promote the company's vision, mission and values to its employees, customers and outside vendors.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree and prior relevant work experience are desirable but not required.
• Entrepreneurial spirit is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and business management skills are a plus.

What we do:

• Custom design and manufacture of proprietary specialized equipment for the glass industry e.g., batch chargers, spare parts, suspended backwalls, etc.
• Fabrication and assembly of equipment used in oil & gas Industry.
• Repair and fabrication of parts related to coal mining industry.
• Steel Mill equipment repair and steel fabrication for construction.
• Various requests for jobs unrelated to the above.
