Electromechanical Assembler - Kalispell, MT, United States - Yoh

Description

Electromechanical Assembler needed to staff our client in Kalispell, MT for an 18 month contract that has a good possibility of going permanent .

They are the leading suppliers of ion implantation equipment used in the fabrication of semiconductor chips in the world.


Shifts are:
First Shift: 5:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Thursday

Second Shift: 4:15 pm to 2:15 am Monday through Thursday (12.5% differential per hour)

Fourth shift: 6 am to 6:30 pm Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (11% differential per hour)
25 to 20 dollars per hour base rate does not include shift differential.

0 to 2 years of non-semiconductor manufacturing experience.
~ Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures, and miscellaneous equipment.
~ Basic computer skills necessary.
~ Semiconductor experience is a plus.

Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment.

Perform a wide variety of routine and non-routine electrical / mechanical assembly operations including installation of power distribution cables, harnesses.

Follow work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, engineering specifications, sketches, and written and / or verbal instructions to build electro-mechanical and or pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.

Complete rework on assemblies and / or systems because of testing.

Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components and/or electrical/electronic systems to make subassemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment.
