- Conduct preliminary & full IP searches
- Prepare responses to USPTO actions
- Work with foreign counsel globally
- Draft clear & concise client communication
- 5+ years of recent IP paralegal experience in a high-volume law firm
- Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment with the willingness to work onsite on an as-needed basis
- Currently reside in MN or IL
- Proactive with strong research & analytical skills
- Trademark watch notice analysis
- Domain name and copyright familiarity
- Excellent communication & organization
- Significant domestic & international IP experience
- Proficiency in USPTO and TTAB electronic filings, WIPO & relevant databases such as Corsearch, Clarivate/CompuMark
- Willingness to work overtime hours as needed
- Paralegal Certificate or Similar Degree
