    Description

    We are in search of individuals who are Registered Behavior Technicians or Behaviorally Trained Staff members to join our team.

    We represent a small non-profit organization seeking to expand our behavioral staff for our in-home and community programs. Our clientele ranges from 4-year-olds to adults, with a focus on individuals aged between 14 to 30 years old.

    We offer continuous training and support, the opportunity for supervised hours towards BACB licensure, and a competitive hourly pay ranging from $25 to $30. Our approach involves naturalistic and incidental teaching techniques, emphasizing skills essential for lifelong success. With ongoing program development, there is ample room for professional advancement.

    Common objectives include volunteering, physical fitness, community navigation, and life skills development. We collaborate closely with families to devise and implement tailored plans aimed at achieving individual goals, always prioritizing the individual's well-being.

    This position requires availability during daytime hours.


    Key responsibilities:

    • Skill development in ADL's and IADL's
    • Direct care within the individual's residence for those with intellectual disabilities
    • Community-based skill enhancement
    • Offering respite care to the individual's caretakers
    • Maintaining a professional demeanor with the family and fostering a positive relationship with the individual
