Category Plans include strategies for strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management (SRM), and internal relationship management (IRM).**Scope**

    Responsible for Corporate managed spend as well as recent growth initiatives related to certain categories and Business Units. Primary spend categories in scope include IT, Data Collection, Labor, Marketing, and Facilities. IT is roughly 70% of teams scope. No direct reports.

    **Reporting and Working Relationships**

    Reports to Sr. Category Manager. Working relationships include Procurement Team, various stakeholder groups including Legal, IT, Finance, Facilities Management, HR, and others at the Corporate and Business Unit level.

    **Primary Responsibilities**

    50%: Executes low dollar, typical $20-200K, sourcing strategies to drive total value to businesses we support. Responsible for collaborating with stakeholders while leading the complete sourcing process from identifying business requirements to executing a contract.

    25%: Works with Category Managers to facilitate select supplier scorecards and business reviews in line with SRM strategies.

    25%: Supports special projects as needed to continually improve Procurements tools, processes, training, and reporting.

    **Qualifications**

    1. Bachelor's degree.

    2. 2-5 years of Buying experience. Indirect category experience preferred. IT procurement experience is a plus.

    3. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

    4. Oracle ERP/iProc experience is a plus.

    4. Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit to capture opportunities.

    5. Execution-focused, proven ability to set and meet aggressive goals/timelines.

    6. Ability to work independently but also to work well with others in a collaborative, team environment.

    7. Experience performing complex data analysis.
