Job summary
The Product Integration & Support Lead is responsible for driving the successful introduction,integration and ongoing support of ZOLL's products within the Global Service organization.
This role provides technical leadership over new product introduction (NPI), ensures service readiness,
manages technical projects and oversees the coordination and scheduling of engineering activity
for tasks focused on sustaining support and automation.
